Privacy Policy for Fuorcla

Fuorcla is a workout tracking app developed by an independent developer. This policy explains what
data the app accesses, why, and what happens to it. In short: your data stays on your device and in
your own private iCloud account — it is never sent to me or to any third party.
Data the app accesses
- Health data (via Apple HealthKit). Fuorcla reads your workout, route, and
related statistics data from HealthKit to display your workouts, routes, and stats within the app.
- Photos. Fuorcla reads your photo library so you can attach photos to your
workout entries. If a photo carries a location tag, which is added automatically if location services
were enabled for the Camera app when you took it, Fuorcla uses that tag to place the photo on
the map.
- iCloud. If you use the app's backup feature, your workout segment data is
written to your own private iCloud account (via Apple's iCloud/CloudKit services) so it can sync
across your own devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account, not on any server I
operate or control.
What I do not do
- I do not operate any server that receives, stores, or processes your data.
- I do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
- I do not share, sell, or disclose your data to any third party.
- Health data accessed through HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing purposes,
and is never sold to data brokers or other third parties.
Your control over your data
You can review or revoke the app's access to Health data and Photos at any time in
Settings → Privacy & Security on your device. Deleting the app removes all data
stored locally on your device. Data backed up to your iCloud account can be removed from within the
app's backup settings, or by managing your iCloud storage in Settings → [your name] →
iCloud.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app
after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
